The binaural tones sound wrong
Binaural beats only work through headphones. Through a speaker the two channels combine in the air and the beat disappears. Any wired or wireless headphones will do.
Managing or cancelling a subscription
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by Crystal Creek. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. You can change plan, cancel, or see your renewal date there.
Refunds
Refunds are issued by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase. Crystal Creek cannot process refunds directly.
Keeping your diary and affirmations
Everything you write is stored on your device only. That means deleting the app deletes your entries. Use the backup option in Settings before you delete the app or change phones, then import the file on the new device.
Deleting your data
Locally stored content is removed by deleting the app. If you created an account and want the account itself deleted, email the address above and it will be actioned.
